The White River National Forest is in our backyard and offers an endless amount of trail systems, breathtaking views of the Colorado Rockies, and, if you’re lucky, the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the local wildlife that thrives in our area throughout the summer months. 


Enjoy easy access to mountain, road, and cruise biking during the summer and fall seasons. Purchase a lift ticket to access most of Beaver Creek Mountain's terrain with the convenience of a chairlift, cruise along the Riverwalk in Avon or the Gore Creek path in Vail, or embark on the traverse across the breathtaking Vail Pass.

Through a robust collection of activities, The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch’s recreation and naturalist programs aim to promote and facilitate outdoor exploration, fitness, wellness, creativity and lifelong learning to people of all ages and abilities.

Join us on a culinary journey of traditional Japanese delights paired with our curated menu of sake, Japanese spirits and craft cocktails. Sakaba meaning 'bar" in Japanese is a contemporary sushi restaurant that creates an intimate yet casual atmosphere.


Elevated gastropub cuisine, regional microbrews and barrel-aged cocktails take center stage at Buffalos, a refined sports bar and restaurant in Beaver Creek. Reflecting a lodge-inspired decor, Buffalos features indigenous design details like rustic wood walls and an imposing stone bar. Temporarily closed for the summer season.

Located on the Mountainside Terrace of The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, Fireside Bar offers delicious mountain cuisine, casual fare, craft cocktails and live music daily for the quintessential Colorado après ski experience.

Anderson’s Cabin

Nestled above The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, Anderson’s Cabin is the original home of John Anderson, one of seven bachelors who settled in the area in the 1900s. Boasting sweeping views of Colorado’s Vail Valley, Anderson’s Cabin offers an exclusive private dining experience for up to 10 guests.

Mamie’s Mountain Grill

“Located at the top of Bachelor Gulch (TM) Express Chairlift #16, sits Mamie’s Mountain Grill - Perfect for afternoon bits and après drinks. While here, take in the views of McCoy Park (TM) while enjoying grilling your own handcrafted Angus burgers, tasty Euro dogs, and more. Dine on the sunny deck to experience the new European inspired Umbrella Bar.” Temporarily closed for the summer season. 

Zach’s Cabin

“Perched on the mountainside high above Bachelor Gulch with the uninterrupted views of the magnificent Gore Range, Zach's is the epitome of fine dining at its peak.
