We invest heavily in online, social media, email, direct mail and print marketing including sending out 250 Just Listed postcards, advertising in the Summit Daily, featuring the listing in the SAR MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtor.com and other popular websites, and with the owner’s permission hosting an Open House for the entire Brokerage Community.

Show Your Home

It's time to show your home! Each visitor is a potential buyer, so it's important to meet every showing request and keep your home in show-ready condition.

Negotiate A Contract

Close
